I just e-mailed Vanessa to get some more specifics of how to sign up/enter and such. I'll post her response here for everyone. I also asked if we could put some info out about the club, to try and reach other homebrewers that we might not have found yet. Is that logo complete? We need to get going to have some shirts or something together for the AHA Conference anyway.
I e-mailed the coordinator, and here's her response:

That's great news that Jeff got the news out about the home-brew competition for Chili Pepper & Brew Fest! We had no idea there was a Local Homebrew club in the valley.. how cool. Thanks for contacting me and of course, we'd love to have you join us this year.
For registering, I'll need from you and any other brewer:
Contact Name
Phone Number
Address to your free tickets
Credit card number for ransom of the tickets, in case of no-shows.
That's totally acceptable to bring kegged beer, no problem. We'll supply ice, taster cups, tables...feel free to bring anything festive for your brew set-up.
We ask that you bring a sign with the name of your beer or beers and your name, so it's easy to identify with judges.
Let me know if you have any other questions. That would be great if you could pass this information along to the rest of your club, really appreciate it! It's a super fun event and you get free party passes for the weekend! Of course, we'd encourage you to set out information about your club during the competition.
