Here's the Floor Plan for The 2008 Homebrewers Ball, at the Carbondale Recreation Center.
People will enter the Gym through the lobby. Just inside the Gym, RFOV Staff will verify guests against their Guest List, verify IDs, take donations and give out glasses.
Once inside, you can see how the party will run. Click on the plan to see it displayed larger. We will load our beer-gear through a double-door on the upper-right of the plan, which is not shown on the plan they sent me, but it exists in my photo. It will access from the parking area to the right, to the area behind the stage.
